Fresh Strawberry Cake - 3 tsp baking powder•¼ tsp salt•1 cup + 2 tablespoons butter, room temp•2 cups sugar•4 eggs + 1 egg white•¾ cup sour cream•1 tbs vanilla•1 tbs orange extract (optional)•¾ cup + 6 tbs milk - Preheat oven 325. Prepare 3 round cake pans spraying liberally with non-stick cooking spray. Sift together cake flour, baking powder & salt. Beat butter & sugar together until smooth & fluffy.
